He was very understanding and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service and not just giving him my money. That being said, we got the pet treatment because we have a puppy and she has had a few accidents in a few areas in the house. He told me it is not guaranteed for the stains to be fully removed. However, after the carpets were cleaned, my entire house smelled of wet dog/urine. The carpets were only cleaned upstairs, so the small traveled throughout the whole house. It was so bad! I understand that it was not guaranteed for the pet stains to be fully removed, but I did not think it would be worse.
